  • Can I cancel at any time?

    Yes! You can cancel at any time through your "My Account" page. Follow the prompts to cancel (Billing > Subscriptions > Cancel ) and your membership will immediately be terminated. If you need assistance, contact Rebecca Rhodes at [email protected]

  • I am a Beginner. Can I handle the courses?

    Beginners are welcome! We have a special group of courses to help you get started with materials, basic techniques, and starter tutorials. All courses are self-paced and there really is no way of getting behind. Complete the videos at your own speed and comfort level.

  • What materials/supplies are needed?

    Each tutorial offers a full list of materials. If you don't have the exact materials, it's ok - use what you prefer!

  • What if I join the Membership and decide it is not for me?

    Contact Rebecca Rhodes ([email protected]) within the first 30 days of purchase, and you will receive a full refund. Please note: Refunds are ONLY possible within 30 days after the first date of purchase. You must contact Rebecca at [email protected] and let her know you would like a refund.

  • Can I download the videos to my own device?

    The videos are not available for download. All courses are hosted on the School website and as long as you have a high-speed internet connection you can watch them as many times as you like during the length of your membership.

  • Can I sell or exhibit my paintings from the tutorials?

    Yes. You may gift, sell, and exhibit any of your creations made from our courses and tutorials. It is advised that painters always credit Rebecca Rhodes when sharing any work derived from this site. See "Terms of Purchase" for more information.

  • How do I change my Membership plan?

    Here is how to change from monthly to annual membership (or vice-versa:) 1. Cancel your current subscription. You will still be enrolled and maintain access until the end of the billing cycle. 2. You can then purchase the membership at the other subscription price. You can manage your billing from your Student Dashboard, by clicking your name/photo in the top-right corner, My Account, then Billing.
