How to Install the Free Mobile App

The Thinkific Mobile app allows you to access your courses or communities from anywhere. Scroll lower for instructions and a video demonstrating how to install the app.

HOW TO INSTALL THE FREE MOBILE APP

First, go to your App Store: 


In the App Store search, type "Thinkific" It will look something like this:


After installing the Thinkific app...

  1. Open the app on your device
  2. In the search bar, type in the name of our school. The name is "Rebecca Rhodes."
  3. Click enter
  4. In the list of results, you will see "Rebecca Rhodes" and the address of our school. 

Select the school. A screen will appear, where you can log into our school. 

After logging in, you can view your tutorials and watch your lessons. I invite you to take a look, and I'd love to know what you think!

FINDING YOUR WAY AROUND 

Home

After logging in, you will see your home screen. At the top of this screen, you will see the name of our school and your profile icon (on the top right-hand side).

  • If you are enrolled in Courses, you will see your tutorials sorted in the order of last accessed.
  • If you are enrolled in Communities, you will see the latest posts, sorted in order from newest posts to oldest.
  • If you are not enrolled in any products, you will see a message that says "We don't see any learning products with this account yet. Check if your email is correct and if you've enrolled by visiting our website".


At the bottom of your home screen, you might see these tabs:

  • Home - your main page and the page that you will see when you log in to the app. 
  • Library - a list of courses available to you, sorted by the order of most recently accessed. You can search for courses using the search function or using categories.
  • Communities - spaces and posts of our community.


Notifications

To access notifications, select the bell icon in the header of the Mobile app. The red dot indicates new unread notifications. 

Your Profile

In the top right-hand corner of your home screen, you'll find your profile icon. Click this icon to:

  1. View your basic account information: (your profile picture, name, email address you use to log in, password)
  2. Contact Rebecca Rhodes
  3. Log out

Thinkific Mobile App Version

If you need to contact support, you will need to know the version number of the Mobile App you are running. This information can be found by opening your profile on the Mobile App and scrolling to the bottom of the page.
